Scott A. McQuilkin practices in the area of complex construction and contract-related matters, including contract negotiation and drafting as well as litigation. Mr. McQuilkin's experience includes negotiating and drafting design and construction contracts on behalf of owners and contractors, analyzing permitting and zoning issues and successfully litigating all types of construction disputes, including public bid protests, defective work claims, termination claims and insurance coverage claims.

Mr. McQuilkin is a 1999 graduate of the University of Virginia School of Law, where he was an editorial board member of the Journal of Law and Politics, and a magna cum laude graduate of Clark University, where he was elected to Phi Beta Kappa.
