Scott McBride is a member of the White Collar Criminal Defense Practice in Lowenstein Sandler’s Litigation Department. A formidable trial attorney and tenacious litigator, Scott represents clients in cases involving government, securities, and healthcare fraud, FCPA violations, and civil business litigation.

Scott was an Assistant United States Attorney in the U.S Attorney’s Office for more than ten years.
He previously investigated and prosecuted criminal offenses in the Health Care & Government Fraud Unit and most recently served as the Deputy Chief of the Economic Crimes Unit. He leverages his experience in FCPA matters as well as securities and healthcare fraud to serve the growing demand for legal counsel in these areas. He also has significant trial experience with cases involving cyber-crime, identity theft, and intellectual property-related offenses in addition to tax evasion, public corruption, and other white-collar crimes. The breadth and depth of his courtroom experience serves clients facing both criminal and civil matters.

Prior to joining the U.S. Attorney’s Office, Scott completed two federal clerkships under The Honorable Jose L. Linares and The Honorable Ronald J. Hedges.
