Scott B. Newman, a founding partner of the firm's West Palm Beach office, practices in the areas of business litigation and creditors rights. Mr. Newman represents clients in both state and federal court and in alternative dispute resolution forums. He has extensive experience representing lenders and other creditors in lender liability and other defensive litigation, bankruptcy proceedings, real and personal property litigation, pursuit of prejudgment and post judgment remedies, and debt workouts and restructurings. He also regularly represents parties in litigation involving wide-ranging corporate and partnership claims, contractual disputes and business torts.

While at the University of Florida law school, Mr. Newman served as the managing editor of the Law Review. Prior to pursuing a legal career, Mr. Newman was a licensed Certified Public Accountant.
