Scott Ewing

As an antitrust litigator in Haynes and Boone’s White Collar Criminal Defense Practice Group, Scott Ewing defends corporations and executives in federal criminal proceedings and in complex business litigation. He also regularly counsels clients on a wide variety of antitrust issues, including resale pricing; advertised pricing; minimum advertised price (“MAP”) policies; internet minimum advertised price (“IMAP”) policies; and customer and territorial restraints. His work has spanned a broad variety of industries, including consumer products, electronics, lighting solutions, and restaurant franchises.

Among his experience, Scott has represented numerous individuals in connection with state and federal criminal investigations involving allegations of price fixing, bid rigging, and collusion. He is also experienced in civil antitrust litigation and internal investigations.
