Scott Pearsall,

an associate in Orrick’s San Francisco office, is a member of the Corporate Group.

Mr. Pearsall worked as an Orrick secondee at Goldman, Sachs & Co. in 2010 and was a summer associate in Orrick’s New York office in 2008. In law school, he served as a judicial intern to the Honorable James M. Peck, U.S. Bankruptcy Court, Southern District of New York, and was awarded the Judge John J. Galgay Fellowship in Bankruptcy and Reorganization. Prior to law school, Mr. Pearsall worked for the United States Department of Justice, Antitrust Division.
