Sean Eskovitz

A founding partner of Wilkinson Walsh + Eskovitz, Sean Eskovitz is resident in Los Angeles. He has successfully tried numerous civil and criminal cases to judges, juries and arbitrators across the country. Sean also represents both individuals and companies in government investigations and prosecutions. Before founding the firm, Sean was a litigation partner at Munger, Tolles & Olson.

Sean served as an Assistant United States Attorney for the Southern District of New York from 1999 to 2003. In that capacity, he prosecuted complex criminal cases involving racketeering, financial and bank fraud, tax fraud, money laundering, violent crimes and narcotics offenses. Sean first-chaired many trials and argued several cases before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit. Two of his cases received Justice Department Director’s Awards. In addition, Sean received the Outstanding Achievement Award from the Organized Crime Drug Enforcement Task Forces and the International Award of Honor from the International Narcotics Enforcement Officers Association.
