Mr. Glynn focuses on nonprofit representation and has significant experience in complex financings, including the securities, corporate, tax and real estate issues that arise in such transactions. His experience includes representation of lenders and credit enhancers, nonprofits and developers, underwriters and trustees. Mr. Glynn is an active member of the firm’s nonprofit finance practice, which includes representation in approximately 80% of such transactions done in the District of Columbia. Mr. Glynn has developed loan programs oriented to the nonprofit sector for a number of financial institutions.
