Serena Carlsen has been guiding major commercial real estate transactions in Seattle, the Puget Sound region, the Pacific Northwest and Alaska for more than three decades. Her experience includes advising clients on land acquisitions, facility purchases, leases, financing and construction of facilities, such as office tower ground leases in downtown Seattle, assisted care facilities, mining and reclamation sites, marine terminals throughout the United States and LNG facilities in Alaska.

An active member of Seattle’s commercial real estate community, Serena represents such clients as marine terminal operators, construction materials firms, foundations and Alaska native corporations. Her industry experience ranges from oil and gas, healthcare and senior housing, to food and beverage and retail.

Serena was the past-chair and legislative director of the Washington State Bar Association’s Real Property, Probate and Trust Section. She is the author of "Residential Real Estate Purchase & Sales Agreements," a chapter of the Washington Deskbook, Real Property, Probate and Trust Section, Washington State Bar Association.
