Mr. Goldberg is the Practice Group Leader of the firm’s global chemical regulatory practice.
Mr. Goldberg has focused on the regulation of biocides and pesticides for over 25 years. His practice encompasses biocides regulatory issues and litigation in the US, EU and China. In addition, he has an active practice in the area of data access and data rights. Mr. Goldberg has represented the ACC Biocides Panel since the mid-1980’s. He also represents a range of companies in all facets of the biocides market.
Mr. Goldberg also practices in the areas of general chemical and environmental regulation. He has an active regulatory and administrative litigation practice. He has been lead counsel in a number of trial and appellate court proceedings, and before administrative agencies. Mr. Goldberg’s focus on administrative law is reflected in his service as the President of the Prettyman-Leventhal American Inn of Court, which focuses on Administrative Law issues. He also served as a Trustee of the American Inns of Court Foundation.
