Seth Helfgott is an associate in the SOMA office of Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, where he focuses on corporate and securities law, including start-ups, venture capital transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate governance matters. The SOMA office is a collaborative workspace that serves entrepreneurs and early-stage businesses, as well as the angel and venture capital investors that finance them. Prior to the opening of the SOMA office, Seth was an associate in the firm's energy and clean technology practice in San Francisco, and he continues to assist energy and clean technology companies with their corporate and transactional needs.
