Seth Friedman focuses his practice on significant regulatory matters before the Public Company Accounting Oversight Board, Securities and Exchange Commission and State Accountancy Boards. He has extensive experience representing accounting firms in malpractice and regulatory matters.

Before joining DLA Piper, Seth served as Deputy General Counsel of BDO USA LLP. Earlier in his career, he served as an Assistant General Counsel at KPMG, LLP.
