Shalini Kisten Rajoo’s practice focuses on complex commercial litigation, including class action suits and multi-district litigation. Shalini has successfully represented clients in a wide range of disputes including contract, insurance, antitrust, securities fraud, and bankruptcy litigation, and has significant experience managing electronic discovery in large, complex commercial litigation.

Shalini practiced at Willkie Farr & Gallagher LLP in New York for four and a half years before joining Kasowitz. Before moving to New York, Shalini worked in South Africa as a lecturer in the Public Law and Commercial Law Departments at the University of KwaZulu Natal, and later as an advisor to the South African Minister of Trade and Industry in the Consumer and Corporate Regulation Division.
