Shana is a member of the Life Sciences Health Industry Group, practicing in the area of product liability litigation. Her practice concentrates on pharmaceutical and medical device litigation and other personal injury or commercial litigation in state and federal courts. In 2006, Shana was actively involved in the diet drug litigation and worked on two trials taken to verdict. She also has experience responding to written discovery, organizing voluminous document productions, conducting e-discovery, taking plaintiff, fact witness, expert and medical provider depositions, working closely with expert witnesses and representing clients at arbitrations and mediations. In 2009, Shana was a key member of a trial team that took a hormone therapy case to verdict.

In addition to the diet drug and hormone therapy litigations, Shana has also defended clients in the vaccine litigation, asbestos litigation, franchise agreement litigation and consumer fraud actions. She maintains a pro bono practice representing clients in family law and personal injury matters.
