Shanna N. Ford is an associate with Holland & Knight's Business Law Section in the firm's Miami office. Ms. Ford is a member of the firm's Healthcare & Life Sciences Team and practices in the area of general corporate matters, commercial transactions and healthcare regulatory matters, including Medicare and Medicaid regulatory issues and federal and state fraud and abuse matters.

While attending law school, Ms. Ford was an articles and comments editor for the University of Miami Law Review, the recipient of academic merit scholarships and awarded the Dean's Certificate of Academic Achievement for her performance in Commercial Law II. She interned in the University of Miami School of Law's Ethics and Professional Responsibility Program and was a member of the Association of Caribbean Law Students.

Prior to attending law school, Ms. Ford was a chemist and a regulatory affairs associate with a pharmaceutical manufacturer.
