Shannon Curreri Treviño is counsel in the Corporate Department. She advises public companies on corporate, securities and governance matters, including SEC disclosures and reports, proxy rules, stock exchange governance rules, insider transaction reporting, the Sarbanes-Oxley Act of 2002 and the Dodd-Frank Act. Ms. Treviño also advises private companies on general corporate matters and capital formation transactions. Her clients range from Fortune 500 to emerging companies across various industries, such as healthcare and pharmaceuticals, real estate, e-commerce, energy and retail.
In addition to her core practice, Ms. Treviño coordinates the firm's veterans-related pro bono projects with the National Veterans Legal Services Program. Ms. Treviño previously served on Latham’s Associates Committee and is a member of the Diversity Leadership Committee.
