Shannon has experience representing debtors, creditors' committees, creditors and other parties in interest in chapter 11 proceedings, commercial litigation, loan workouts, reorganizations and corporate recovery matters. She has experience with adversary proceedings and other contested matters before the United States Bankruptcy Court and Virginia state courts.
