His background includes working with clients in the technology industry to formulate strategies for the procurement and protection of IP rights and trade secrets, as well as internal and external invention disclosure policies. An outgoing individual, Shannon enjoys communicating and working with clients to protect and develop new technology and business.
Active in the development and advancement of IP law, Shannon co-drafted Model Jury Instructions: Copyright, Trademark and Trade Dress Litigation, and is a member of the Federal Rules Committee that drafted Patent Local Rules for the Northern District of Ohio.
