She is dedicated to diligently working to understand the details of a transaction and providing prompt responses to inquiries. Her experience includes the representation of institutional lenders in loan originations, developers and real estate investors in acquisitions and dispositions of commercial property. Sharon focuses her practice on the origination of mortgage loans to be securitized and understands the different types of collateral including office buildings, shopping centers, and multi-family residential properties.
