Sharon handles a wide variety of matters for communications clients, including FCC regulatory compliance, the implementation of federal, state, and local laws impacting operations, regulatory matters affecting communications-related transactions and the negotiation of programming affiliation agreements.

Sharon’s practice also includes working with public and private companies to create integrated compliance programs, providing advice in areas such as risk assessment, program planning and implementation, and policy development and drafting.

Prior to entering private practice Sharon was the Vice President of Legal Affairs for Century Communications Corporation, a nationwide cable operator.
