Shelley Austin’s main concentration is in energy finance. She has represented energy companies in connection with asset-based securitizations, equipment lease facilities, debt restructures and other secured and unsecured finance transactions. She has represented private equity funds in connection with their convertible debt investments in energy companies.

Shelley Austin also devotes a significant part of her practice to aircraft finance and sales transactions and related FAA and International Registry issues for energy and other clients. She also represents non-energy companies in connection with their debt private placements and bank financings involving multi-state real estate collateral.
