Shulamite Shen White focuses her practice on securities law and corporate finance and public company mergers and acquisitions. Shulamite’s transactional experience includes initial public offerings (both company and underwriter side representations), follow-on offerings of equity and debt and acquisitions by and sales of public companies. In addition, she regularly advises companies on corporate and securities law compliance and disclosure matters.

During law school, Shulamite served as a judicial extern for the Honorable Jeffrey S. White of the United States District Court for the Northern District of California and served as Co-Chair of the Moot Court Board.
