Staci's practice includes a broad range of syndicated finance, project finance and equipment finance transactions. She represents lenders, lessors and agents, as well as equity investors, borrowers, and lessees, in a variety of complex secured and unsecured financing transactions, including acquisition financings and other investment grade, leveraged, Term Loan B and asset-based credit facilities, related intercreditor arrangements, financing of energy and infrastructure projects, and synthetic leases and other equipment loans.

Staci’s acquisition finance, project finance and other finance transactions have included energy and infrastructure, retail, telecommunications, healthcare and information technology sectors.
