Stacy C. Clark

Stacy is an associate in the Employee Benefits & Executive Compensation Group. She focuses her practice on regulatory compliance for a variety of employee benefits matters, including health and welfare, qualified plans, and executive compensation. She has experience working with a variety of issues, including health reform requirements for employers and insurers, HIPAA compliance (including Omnibus Rule changes), state insurance law, and consumer-driven accounts such as HSAs.

She received her J.D. from Harvard Law School, where she worked in the Health, Disability, and Estate Planning Clinic and served on the Journal of Law and Technology. While in law school, she published two case notes in the Recent Developments section of the Journal of Law, Medicine, and Ethics.

She graduated from Vanderbilt University with a B.A., summa cum laude, in history (high honors) and medicine, health, and society. She is also a member of Phi Beta Kappa.
