Areas of Practice

Ms. Dollarhide focuses on a variety of transactional entertainment matters, including motion picture production and distribution, motion picture and video game finance and secured transactions.

Ms. Dollarhide has worked with motion picture studios, distributors, video game developers and publishers, financial institutions and independent producers on various types of entertainment and media financing transactions including international film fund representations, independently financed film projects, multipicture production financing arrangements, bonded video game financings and financing of tax credits and rebates.

Her experience includes structuring, negotiating and documenting all aspects of credit facilities and equity investments in connection with entertainment projects, as well as rights analyses and chain of title review. Ms. Dollarhide often acts as production counsel advising on production matters that arise from pre-production through film release. She has experience negotiating and documenting distribution and licensing arrangements and representing new media companies in connection with online ventures and revenue sharing arrangements. Ms. Dollarhide also counsels clients with respect to co-promotions and a variety of other marketing and branded entertainment matters.
