Stacy M. Paz

Stacy Paz works with clients to ensure maximum financial benefit and optimum tax treatment, advising them on Federal and state tax issues in mergers and acquisitions (domestic and international), spin-offs, restructurings, limited liability companies and other pass-through entities, liquidations and other significant transactions.

In the past four years, Stacy has provided tax counsel on nearly 300 mergers and acquisitions (both taxable and tax-free).

Stacy is a member of the DLA Piper National Diversity and Inclusion Committee.
