Mr. Mayo is nationally regarded as an authority in the area of mezzanine finance and junior capital including traditional mezzanine, tranche B, unitranche, preferred equity and venture capital. Mr. Mayo additionally represents traditional senior lenders, including corporate banks, business capital companies and commercial banks, in connection with their lending activities, restructurings, workouts and bankruptcies, as well as private equity funds in connection with their acquistions, divestitures, and restructurings.
