Stanley E. Bloch is a partner in the Corporate Practice Group in the New York office of Seyfarth Shaw LLP. Mr. Bloch focuses his practice on corporate transactions and is a leader in providing legal services to the communications industry. Within the communications field, Mr. Bloch has devoted a substantial part of his professional career to, and has been particularly involved in, serving the cable television-industry. He also has had significant experience in the wireless telephone-and wireline telephone industries. Among his clients are some of the significant players in the cable television industry. Over the more than thirty years he has been practicing law, Mr. Bloch has handled numerous corporate transactions at the highest levels, including purchases and sales of businesses, and both debt and equity financings. In addition to the legal representation he provides on purchase, sale and financing transactions, Mr. Bloch also serves as general outside counsel to most of his clients, and in that capacity has comprehensive responsibility for the legal aspects of their business. While he has concentrated his practice in communications, Mr. Bloch has also had considerable opportunity to work in several other fields, where he successfully transfers and utilizes the skills and leading edge techniques that have worked so well for him in serving his communications clientele.
