Stella is an associate in the San Francisco office of Reed Smith and is a member of the Financial Industry Group. Stella represents financial institutions and regulated entities in consumer loan disputes involving the Truth in Lending Act, Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act, Fair Credit Reporting Act, Fair Debt Collection Practices Act and related claims in federal bankruptcy and district courts, as well as state courts.

Before joining Reed Smith, Stella was an attorney at a boutique law firm in San Francisco. Her prior practice areas included hospitality law, commercial litigation, and related commercial transactions. Stella worked with national retail stores, major restaurant groups, and hotel owners/operators in connection with alcoholic beverage license transfers, compliance, and regulatory matters.
