Stephanie L. Moll

Stephanie Moll’s practice focuses on estate planning and administration, with a focus on wealth transfer tax planning. Ms. Moll assists clients with their pre-death estate planning and wealth preservation through the creation of wills, revocable trusts, irrevocable trusts (including irrevocable insurance trusts, intentionally defective irrevocable grantor trusts, qualified personal residence trusts, grantor retained annuity trusts, private annuity sales to grantor trusts and installment sale transactions to grantor trusts), the use of lifetime gifting, and closely-held business succession planning. Ms. Moll has helped clients further their charitable inclinations by creating charitable trusts and charitable foundations. Ms. Moll also assists clients with post-death trust and probate administration. Prior to attending law school, Ms. Moll worked as a teacher in various public and private schools in the St. Louis, Missouri area. Ms. Moll is the chairperson of the firm's Social Media Committee and the administrator of the Private Client group's blog, trustbryancave.com.
