Stephanie has a national practice that consists primarily of litigating and handling trials of employment, breach of contract and unfair competition claims on behalf of major financial services and life sciences clients in federal and state courts and arbitration panels, and before federal and state administrative tribunals. She has successfully represented clients before state and federal courts on a variety of matters, including, but not limited to, discrimination, retaliation, whistleblower, wrongful discharge and public policy, contract claims, and restrictive covenants issues. Her practice extends to the EEOC and other federal and state administrative agencies, among them the Department of Labor and state wage and hour divisions. Stephanie has successfully represented financial services clients before FINRA on a variety of employment matters. She has also represented clients concerning breach of contract and unfair competition claims before AAA and the ICDR. Additionally, she provides employer counseling and advice on compliance issues, internal investigations of workplace complaints, and conducts audits of employers' policies and training regarding anti-harassment and other employment-related seminars.
