Stephen Zovickian has an extensive commercial litigation practice. He represents owners, public entities, contractors and design-builders in arbitrations, mediations, dispute review boards and litigation in state and federal court, and is complemented by a broad base of experience in general commercial litigation. He also regularly serves as lead litigation counsel in major real estate, antitrust, intellectual property, partnership, products liability and commercial matters. Leading California agricultural commodity associations in the wine grape, peach, raisin, prune and dairy industries have retained Steve as their outside general counsel. He also has substantial experience representing producers and processors of agricultural products in a variety of types of litigation.
