Mr. Bazarian is a Senior Counsel in the Litigation Department of the Boston office. His practice focuses primarily on complex business and commercial litigation, product liability and other tort litigation, and large scale debt collection and other creditors’ rights actions. Mr. Bazarian also has substantial experience litigating disputes for commercial landlords and property managers. He has represented numerous such entities, including RREEF Real Estate and CB Richard Ellis/New England, in tenant disputes, breach of lease litigation, lease defaults and terminations, and evictions. He is an active member of the Firm’s Product Liability and Toxic Torts practice groups. Mr. Bazarian’s clients also include Whole Foods Market, for whom he is lead defense counsel for all of the company’s general liability cases in New England, including claims related to Foodborne illnesses and premises liability. Before coming to the firm, Mr. Bazarian successfully ran his own law office for 8 years. Mr. Bazarian’s extensive experience enables him to advise a wide range of clients with regard to potential disputes and to represent those clients through litigation, at trial, and in appeal. He has obtained successful results for numerous clients in the technology, manufacturing, pharmaceutical, real estate, insurance, financial, and banking industries. Mr. Bazarian is also an Adjunct Professor at Boston College Law School.
