Steve chairs the Associate Development Committee in the firm’s Atlanta office, where he has a national practice in commercial real estate. His clients include international investment funds, REITS, financial institutions, a hotel operator, and other owners, developers, landlords and tenants engaged in the acquisition, disposition, financing and leasing of real estate properties.

Steve’s real estate practice includes the full life cycle of commercial real estate development, including land acquisition, construction, leasing, finance and disposition. Steve also represents owners of stabilized real estate projects in refinancing, leasing, creation of easements, condemnations and other real property needs.
