Stephen J. Dietrich represents corporate and other entities in mergers and acquisitions, debt and equity financing, and restructuring transactions. In addition to these specific practice areas, Stephen represents a variety of clients in all aspects of day-to-day operations including commercial real estate development, finance, corporate governance and various third party relationships. He has also handled the structuring and implementation of acquisition and disposition programs for corporations to purchase multiple businesses through either asset or stock purchase transactions. A portion of Stephen's practice consists of working with retail automobile dealers in the acquisition or disposition of business operations, including manufacturer matters, real estate, financing and dealer licensing.

Stephen also works with companies in various industries as outside general corporate counsel on formation, capital raising and operational matters. Recently, Stephen worked with a telecommunications startup company, a clothing manufacturer, an orthodontic device manufacturer and a medical device startup. As part of Stephen’s practice, he represents companies with operations in several states and coordinates consistency and implementation efforts across these platforms.
