Stephen J. Miller

Stephen Miller's practice focuses on complex commercial litigation. He has particular experience in antitrust matters and consumer credit matters. He has defended numerous cases in state and federal court arising under the Fair Credit Reporting Act. Stephen also has experience in numerous aspects of discovery and pretrial practice.

While attending law school, Stephen assisted Washington, D.C. attorneys with federal appellate litigation, including cases in the United States Supreme Court.
