Stephen M. Buhr represents health care, insurance and a variety of other corporate entities in transactional, regulatory and civil litigation matters. He has wide-ranging litigation experience with health care, insurance, and commercial issues at both trial and appellate levels. Stephen also represents clients in administrative matters before state regulators. In addition, he works with managed care organizations in drafting contracts, policies and procedures to ensure compliance with state and federal law.

Prior to joining the firm, Stephen developed broad litigation experience at firms in Virginia and New York, where he represented a variety of clients, including automobile and other product manufacturers and insurers in matters involving products liability, warranty, coverage and fraud issues.
