Stephen M. Edwards

Stephen Edwards has a general real estate practice, with particular focus on commercial conveyancing and retail development. He has represented clients in a broad range of local and national commercial real estate matters, including acquisitions and sales, leasing, development, financing and construction.

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Edwards was associated with the law firm Thompson Hine in Cleveland, Ohio. From 1987 to 1990, he was a lieutenant in the US Navy Chaplain Corps, serving with the US Marine Corps.
