Stephen J. Riccardulli joined Norton Rose Fulbright as a partner in 2015 and is based in the Firm's New York office. Stephen focuses his practice on complex litigation matters, including class actions and multi-party mass tort cases.

Stephen has extensive experience defending corporations in complex commercial, toxic tort and products liability litigation matters. He has particular experience defending groundwater contamination cases. He also has represented clients in enforcement actions with the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency and various state agencies.

Previously, Stephen was an attorney in the Office of the Corporation Counsel for the City of Yonkers. In that role, Stephen represented the City various litigation matters, including land use and regulatory enforcement actions.
