Stephen T. Ball practices in the areas of employment discrimination and other employment/labor related matters such as employment discrimination litigation, Fair Labor Standards Act matters, employment and severance agreements, non-competition agreements and litigation. He regularly represents employers in employment and labor-related lawsuits in state and federal courts and in investigations and charges before the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, the Florida Commission on Human Relations and related organizations. He also represents employers in such areas as unemployment compensation appeals and plant closings under the WARN Act.
Mr. Ball is a frequent lecturer on employment law topics and is also an experienced litigator in the areas of commercial litigation, personal injury defense litigation and appellate practice.
