Mr. Duffy is Senior Counsel whose practice encompasses corporate, mergers and acquisitions, compliance and infrastructure development matters. He has more than 25 years of experience as the chief legal officer for public and private companies in the energy and petrochemical industries, overseeing domestic and international operations. Most recently, from February 2008 to December 2014, Mr. Duffy served as Vice President General Counsel & Secretary and Chief Compliance Officer for Kraton Polymers, a global enterprise doing business in over 60 countries. During the course of his career, he has been responsible for running corporate legal departments and internal compliance programs, supervising major litigation, and negotiating and structuring numerous large-scale transactions, including acquisitions, divestitures, public offerings, joint ventures, financing arrangements and long-term commercial agreements involving energy and petrochemical products and assets.
