Steve Hantz is a partner in Nelson Mullins Riley & Scarborough LLP's New York office and is a member of the real estate capital markets group. He spent the past eleven years in the commercial mortgage-backed securities loan closing group at JPMorgan on structuring and closing commercial mortgage backed securities loans for multi-borrower securitizations and large loans for single borrower securitizations. He worked directly with senior loan originators and borrowers to structure loans and negotiate term sheets and loan documents. He also managed the loan closing process and assisted with the securitization and sale of loans.
