Steve Malvey,

a partner in the San Francisco office, is a member of the Tax Group. Mr. Malvey has extensive experience in complex corporate transactions as well as tax controversies. He conducts a broad federal tax practice in large corporate transactions and reorganizations, corporate finance and partnership, most recently representing creditors and investment funds in the restructuring of larger, well-known distressed companies. He also has substantial experience in executive compensation tax planning, exempt organizations and federal tax controversies, and has written on related tax topics.
