Steve Perfrement is a partner with Bryan Cave HRO. Mr. Perfrement’s practice emphasizes complex commercial litigation, including class action defense. He has successfully tried, arbitrated, and settled a wide variety of commercial litigation matters throughout the country, including breach of fiduciary duty, breach of contract, telecommunications, antitrust and unfair competition, franchise, trade secret, trademark, false advertising, consumer protection, and other commercial disputes. In addition, Mr. Perfrement has argued multiple appeals to the United States Courts of Appeals for the Tenth and D.C. Circuits.

In addition to other complex commercial disputes, a portion of Mr. Perfrement’s practice is focused on litigating technical disputes arising in the context of regulated industries. Mr. Perfrement is skilled in educating judges, jurors, and arbitrators who are not familiar with the regulatory environment associated with these industries. He has a unique ability to simplify and explain complex technical and regulatory systems for audiences that lack the background to understand them on their own terms and then demonstrate how those technical and regulatory matters support his client’s position.
