Steve's patent litigation experience includes resolving numerous matters before US district courts, the Patent Trial and Appeal Board, and the US International Trade Commission. In counseling clients on patent licensing issues, he has successfully negotiated several multi-billion-dollar deals between global corporations and drafted numerous cross-border licensing agreements.
