Mr. Satz specializes in real estate law and secured and unsecured lending matters. He has expertise in commercial mortgage lending and real estate finance, particularly the representation of institutional lenders and loan servicers in all aspects of secured lending, including traditional and conduit mortgage loan originations, loan sales and purchases, workouts and foreclosures, and representation of landlords and tenants in drafting and negotiating commercial leases.
Mr. Satz was in-house counsel for 7 years for ITT Real Estate Services where he handled a variety of real estate sales and lending transactions.
