Steve Taibl concentrates in private equity, mergers and acquisitions, finance and corporate and securities law. He has extensive experience representing private equity firms and financial institutions in leveraged acquisitions, dispositions, restructurings, and equity and debt financings. Prior to joining the firm, he worked in the Chicago and Frankfurt, Germany, offices of an international law firm.

Steve has authored or co-authored articles on business law matters, which have appeared in the National Law Journal, Business Law Today and Zeitschrift für das gesamte Kreditwesen (Germany). He is fluent in German.
