Negotiation and preparation of agreements relating to intellectual property, including software, firmware, systems and device integration, software and content development and distribution, source code escrow, technology consulting, mobile apps, software as a service (SaaS) platforms, website terms of use and privacy policies.
Development of open source software compliance strategies. Advice to sellers and buyers in corporate transactions involving open source software. Advice to startups on strategies for leveraging open source software while protecting proprietary interests.
Investigations and enforcement actions relating to infringement of intellectual property rights, particularly those occurring online.
Clearance and prosecution of trademarks.
