Steven focuses his practice on corporate and commercial litigation, representing business entities, officers, directors and investors in Delaware’s Court of Chancery as well as the U.S. District Court for the District of Delaware and the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware. In addition to his litigation practice, Steven provides legal opinions on topics of Delaware law and serves as Special Committee Counsel to boards of directors seeking advice concerning litigation or transactional issues. Steven’s clients operate in a wide variety of business sectors, including banking, finance, industry and technology.
