Stuart M. Cable

Stuart Cable represents as outside general counsel public and private companies involved in the technology sector, including life sciences, software and business services. Mr. Cable also represents private equity and venture sources investing in such companies and investment banks serving such industries. He currently serves as Goodwin Procter’s chair of M&A/Corporate Finance for its Tech and Life Sciences business practices and chair of the firm’s practice group Incubator, and he leads the firm's initiative in expanding into Asia. He previously served as chair of the firm's Corporate Department, as chair of its Hiring Committee and as a member of its Executive and Allocations Committees.
