Stuart Solsky concentrates on project development and finance, particularly in the energy industry. He has practiced for over 30 years, representing developers, lenders, rating agencies, equity investors, and contractors in electric power, LNG, energy (midstream and downstream), petrochemical, telecommunications, water, and other projects. Mr. Solsky has worked on all aspects of the development, acquisition, divestiture, and financing of projects, and as a result has developed a broad-based corporate, commercial and financial practice.

Mr. Solsky has extensive experience in drafting and negotiating a wide variety of project agreements and financing documents, including EPC contracts, power purchase agreements, O&M agreements, loan agreements, letters of credit, cash collateral agreements, other security agreements, partnership agreements, and limited liability operating agreements. He has developed a particular expertise in EPC contracts, having drafted, negotiated and/or reviewed over 180 EPC contracts on a variety of projects. His projects are located all over the globe, with a strong emphasis on the U.S., Africa, Asia, Latin America, Africa and the Middle East.
